The Win a Day campaign is designed to encourage disabled students to join the MyPlus Students’ Club. Each month a new member is selected to spend a day with a participating employer and gain valuable work experience and insight, which in turn builds confidence and knowledge as they navigate the recruitment process. Current employers participating in Win a Day include; Accenture, Allen & Overy, Baker McKenzie, BP, CMS, Enterprise, GSK, HBSC, Herbert Smith Freehills, J.P. Morgan, Macfarlanes, Morgan Stanley, Motability Operations, Norton Rose Fulbright, Reed Smith, Shell and UBS.

Emma Acheson-Gray who graduated from the University of Newcastle did not let her neuromuscular disorder get in the way of achieving a first-class honours degree in Politics, chose to spend her day at Accenture.  Emma was subsequently invited to attend the Accenture Tech Visionaries 4-day event, resulting in a job offer which Emma accepted and has joined Accenture as a Business Technology and Integrations Associate.

Will More, an Economics student with OCD from Exeter University, spent his day with J.P. Morgan where he was able to spend time with people from across the business: Will said "My day was absolutely fantastic, the team did such a good job at ensuring there were many thought-provoking people to speak to who were also incredible friendly and welcoming." Will has not let his disability affect his determination to pursue his career goals and has leveraged certain powerful strengths from his situation that he has used to demonstrate his capability.
