Government Disability Confident Scheme

As a ‘Disability Confident Leader’ and a leading expert in disability and recruitment MyPlus work with employers and universities looking to sign up to or progress their status of the UK Government’s Disability Confident Scheme.

MyPlus offers a wide range of services that can be used to meet the commitments and criteria for the different levels of the scheme.

The UK Government Disability Confident scheme is an accreditation scheme which aims to help employers make the most of the opportunities provided by employing disabled people. The Disability Confident scheme has 3 levels that have been designed to support employers on their Disability Confident journey.

  • Level 1 - Disability Confident Committed

  • Level 2 - Disability Confident Employer

  • Level 3 - Disability Confident Leader

Government Disability Confident Service Provider

MyPlus currently offers services for employers in the following 4 areas listed on the Government’s service provider’s webpage:

  1. Disability awareness training

  2. Inclusive and accessible recruitment processes

  3. Reasonable adjustments 

  4. Support with undertaking Disability Confident self-assessment

MyPlus also offers additional services through; MyPlus Consulting, MyPlus Recruiters’ Club and MyPlus Students’ Club which can be used to meet the criteria and fulfil the actions required for accreditation for the Government’s Disability Confident Scheme.
