MyPlus Consulting
Build your capability
A disability should be no barrier to employment – and it is clear that more and more employers believe this to be true and are taking important steps to opening up possibilities for people with a disability
However, even the most progressive employers don’t always have the capability and skills to recruit and develop disabled people with confidence.
MyPlus Consulting works with organisations to help them realise the possibility of hiring people with a disability. We help them build their capability when recruiting and retaining employees through developing their strategy, operations and reputation.
“Not only do we want individuals with disabilities to realise their career ambitions, we also want employers to benefit from the unique talents and strengths that individuals with disabilities can, and do, bring to an organisation”
Our Approach
MyPlus is widely recognised as one of the UK’s leading authorities in disability employment, recruitment and development; with a unique specialisation in student recruitment. Our end goal is for disability confidence to become ‘business as usual’.
We work with clients to enable them to embed disability confidence within the organisation as opposed to it being an ‘add on’ or an ‘initiative’ neither of which are sustainable nor impactful. Taking a bespoke approach with each of our clients, we start by taking the time to understand your needs and explore the different aspects of your recruitment and employment cycles before taking a holistic approach to enable you to develop your capability to attract, recruit, retain, develop and support individuals with disabilities.
MyPlus Consulting has over 14 years of experience of working with large multinational corporates in a variety of industries, both public and private, including Barclays, BP, EY, GSK, Hogan Lovells, J.P. Morgan, Linklaters and Enterprise Mobility.
“MyPlus’ disability knowledge and insights are second to none. They are a great organisation to work with. Through our partnership, we continue to broaden the reach of our talent pool, ensuring that our practices remain accessible and relevant. They have provided training to build disability confidence amongst our employees. Whether it’s through their consultation, training or events, every year we gain a deeper understanding of our candidates, allowing us to make more informed decisions.”
