The term ‘inclusive recruitment’ is often used yet rarely explained and therefore if you ask any employer if their recruitment process is inclusive, you will hear a resounding ‘yes!’. No employer intentionally has barriers in their recruitment process however if you were to objectively challenge all elements of your process, could you confidently say it was ‘barrier free’?

The aim of this webinar was to enable participants to gain a really good understanding of what is meant when we talk about ‘inclusive recruitment’ in relation to disability, and what we actually need to do to ensure we are fully inclusive.

Moving through areas including attraction, screening and your communications, the webinar provided a step-by-step guide to auditing your own recruitment process, identifying any unintended barriers, and the actions required to remove these.
