Think differently: The impact of remote working on neurodiversity employment

Image for Neurodiversity virtual Workshop on the 8th of June 2021 from 10 am to 11.15 am

Tuesday 8th June; 10.00am to 11.15am

Virtual Workshop

Neurodiversity is an umbrella term for a set of hidden disabilities such as autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). Individuals with a neurodiverse condition bring different perspectives and a different skill set to the workplace which can, and do, make a positive difference to the organization.

With recent changes in working practices accelerating remote working we will examine how this has impacted neurodiverse employees. We will be discussing the inclusive benefits this has unlocked for neurodiverse employees, whilst addressing any barriers remote working may have had.

With many recruitment processes moving towards a virtual approach we will also be discussing best practice in virtual recruitment to ensure you benefit from the unique skills and strengths that these individuals have.

MyPlus are delighted to be joined by Daniel Aherne from Adjust, who are experts in providing employers with a clear and practical understanding of Neurodiversity, including autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD.
