Many organisations will say that they are disability confident however actually making this meaningful, and bringing it to life, is key. One of the most effective ways that an employer can demonstrate that they are serious about recognising the talents of disabled individuals, and providing support in the workplace, is by enabling their employees to talk about how they manage their own disability in the work place.

We offer the opportunity to all our Recruiters' Club employer members to publish employer case studies and stories on our MyPlus Students' Club website to demonstrate how great with disability they are.
