Demonstrate how good with disability you are: Share your employee stories

Sharing stories is one of the most effective and powerful ways that you can demonstrate that you are serious about being inclusive of disability in your workplace.

Your membership of the MyPlus Recruiters' Club provides you with the opportunity to have an employer profile on our MyPlus Students' Club website enabling you to market yourself to disabled students. In your company profile there is a section called ‘Our People’ where you can share positive stories from employees with disabilities.

In these stories employees talk about what they do and how they manage their disability with the support of their employer. As part of our Employer profile Gold Standard Benchmark we encourage you to have a mix of 6 stories from recent graduates and professionals who have been working for your company for longer. The stories can be viewed within employer profiles and also within the inspiring stories section on the MyPlus Students’ Club website.

As well as employee stories we also offer the opportunity to all our Recruiters' Club members to publish advice or guest blogs on our MyPlus Students' Club website to demonstrate how great with disability you are.
